Lisie Hospital Refund, Cancellation, and Rescheduling Policy

Thank you for choosing Lisie Hospital. Please read our policy carefully to understand the guidelines regarding bookings, cancellations, and rescheduling:

• No Cancellation Policy:Once an appointment is booked through the Lisie Patient App, cannot be cancelled . We do not offer any cancellations or refunds for advance bookings made through the app.
• Rescheduling Option:Patients who need to reschedule a confirmed appointment may do so by selecting another available time slotat least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment . Rescheduling is subject to availability and is only possible before the 24-hour window. Appointments cannot be rescheduled within 24 hours of the confirmed appointment time.
• No Refunds for Advance Bookings:All advance bookings are final. No refunds will be issued for appointments, including but not limited to situations where the patient is unable to attend, no shows, or personal changes that may affect availability.
• Confirmation of Appointment:By booking through the Lisie Patient App, you acknowledge and agree that once an appointment is confirmed, it cannot be canceled, and rescheduling is only possible under the specified conditions (24 hours in advance).
• Understanding and Agreement :By proceeding with your appointment booking, you confirm that you understand and agree to the "No Cancellation" and rescheduling policies. We encourage you to book your appointment only when you are certain of your availability.
